The Toast Test

When you run the Toast Test, we receive the website address you enter and retrieve its public page to check its HTML. The results appear in your browser. The test does not ask for an email address or an account, and this site does not save audit reports to a database.

Hosting and security systems may process technical request information while the test runs. Only submit publicly accessible website addresses; the test does not sign in to private pages.

Website visits and analytics

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information to deliver, operate, and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time, page address, and browser information.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and interactions, such as selecting a plan or starting an audit. Our custom analytics events do not include the website address you submit to the Toast Test. This site does not use advertising pixels.

Contact, checkout, and customer accounts

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond to your inquiry. Email links open your own email application.

Plan signup, payment, and customer account links take you to VTS Labs’ existing services. Those services handle their own account, order, and billing information. Read the VTS Labs Privacy Policy for details about that processing, service providers, retention, and privacy choices.
